Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday). We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

All orders are sent from Melbourne via Australia post and are trackable. Your tracking number will be sent to you when your item has been dispatched.

Domestic Orders;

Standard Delivery: $9.50 2-5 working days

Express Delivery: $13.00 1-2 working days.

Please understand that we cannot always guarantee these times.

International Orders;

All shipping costs have been calculated according to Australia post.

Please note that custom/ tax fees are out of our hands. It is the customers responsibility to pay these.

Please note that whilst Standard International Delivery times are usually 5-14 working days, all international orders are currently experiencing high delays due to COVID-19. Unfortunately we cannot offer estimated shipping times.
