​Custom orders at Mazzquerade can be but are not limited to:

• Made-to-order Retail items

• Custom Costume

• Custom Jewellery & Accessories

• Custom Clothing

• Custom Headwear (Hats, Headpieces)

• Custom for Corporate Order (including companies logo)

• Styling

All custom orders require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit; before the order is placed by our staff. Once deposits are received and orders are placed this item is now classed as in production and all costs of that production have been incurred by Mazzquerade.

Cancellation of any custom orders is non-cancellable and deposits are non-refundable from this point on. Custom order lead times vary depending on the item ordered and usually range from 5-10 weeks; however, your Mazzquerade representative will always provide you with the most up-to-date delivery expectancies.

Once custom orders are fully submitted alterations cannot be made, Mazzquerade take no responsibility for any change of mind costs you may need to incur to make changes mid-production.

Faulty or damaged custom orders will be dealt with by the Mazzquerade returns policy. Custom orders cannot be returned for a 'change of mind' or 'buyer's remorse' circumstance.
